Meanwhile, the tenant was keen on the unit as he liked the environment of Sunway Velocity. The area is also an entertainment, food and beverage haven which provided potential for his business to thrive.

As of the beginning of August, there were six for-sale listings for properties at Sunway Velocity on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM8,880,006 or RM1,497.38 psf. There were two rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM12,844 or RM5.53 psf.
