PETALING JAYA (Sept 6): Tropicana Metropark has rolled out its SouthPlace 2 Shoppes & Residences at Subang Jaya, an 88-acre master development by Tropicana Corp Bhd, which will also be home to the upscale supermarket Mercato.

The launch follows the announcement of Mercato as the anchor tenant of SouthPlace Shoppes & Residences, “a testament to the market confidence in this integrated masterplan that is home to a growing middle-upper community, a completed 9.2-acre urban park, Sri KDU International School and its strategic location with a direct link to the Federal Highway”, added Tropicana Corp.

SouthPlace 2 Residences

Offering built-ups from 583 to 1,129 sq ft; 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts with prices from RM506,000, SouthPlace 2 Residences is suitable for first-time purchasers, couples and families.

Units are partially furnished with kitchen cabinets, air-conditioners, water heaters and digital locksets, for a hassle-free home ownership journey.
