Nestled about five kilometres west of Kuala Lumpur's bustling city centre, Bukit Damansara or Damansara Heights stands as an upscale suburb in Malaysia. Often likened to the "Beverly Hills of Kuala Lumpur", this enclave hosts premium real estate that commands a significant value on the property market.

According to Joshua Selvan (REN 34563) (017-613 3357) of Tech Real Estate (SJ) Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the owner decided to sell the land to increase his investment portfolio in Australia. The buyer was keen on the land because of its flat profile, wide road frontage and a view of Hartamas.

As of early December, there were 63 for sale listings for properties at Bukit Damansara on EdgeProp with an average asking price of RM15,747,142.79.
