All non-landed residential properties within the Bukit Ceylon area collectively span approximately 15.32 acres, or 22.37% of the total land area in Bukit Ceylon. The average transacted price for these properties remained unchanged at RM1.1 million in both 2023 and 2024 (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

According to Ann Ong (PEA 3506) (010-280 2014) of PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyer can expect good return on investment and own-stay value from this unit, thanks to its prime location and demand. The previous owner, a nonlocal, sold the property to cash out.

As of June 2025, there were 42 listings on EdgeProp for sale at Suasana Bukit Ceylon condominium, with an average asking price of RM1,866,386.67 or RM847.20  psf, based on built-ups ranging from 732 to 4,402 sq ft. For rental listings, there were a total of 14, with an average monthly rental of RM12,171.40 or RM4.10 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 735 to 4,402 sq ft.
