Within a 0.380 km radius around Park Regent, Desa ParkCity, the average transacted price surged by 30.77%, rising from RM2.6 million in 2023 to RM3.4 million in 2024 (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

According to Lucas Liew (REN 29489) (011-262 62156) of Prestige Realty, the buyer was drawn to the unit’s fully unblocked views from the living, dining and bedrooms. He said it was a rare layout; only 16 such units exist at Park Regent, with none currently up for sale.

As of mid July 2025, there were 98 listings on EdgeProp for sale at Park Regent, with an average asking price of RM5,259,112.24 or RM2,009.29 psf based on built-ups ranging from 870 to 4,887 sq ft.
