The average transacted price around TRX Residences rose by 5.56%, from RM1.8 million in 2023 to RM1.9 million in 2024 (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
According to Aaron Lam (REN 06036) (017-770 1235) of Zeon Properties International Sdn Bhd, the owner wanted to sell the unit to reinvest in other projects. He said the unit offered views of PNB 118 Tower and was sold at cost price, making it a good deal.
As of mid July 2025, there were 64 listings on EdgeProp for sale at TRX Residences, with an average asking price of RM1,934,859.38 or RM2,322.10 psf based on built-ups ranging from 474 to 1,673 sq ft. For rental listings, there were a total of 100, with an average monthly rental of RM7,626.99 or RM9.70 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 474 to 1,259 sq ft.
