Taman Bukit Tiram, Johor terrace house sold for RM280k | DONE DEAL

Within a 0.369 km radius, non-landed residential properties in Bukit Ceylon cover about 21.65 acres or 5.64%. The average transacted price jumped 11.53%, from RM815,000 in 2023 to RM909,000 in 2024 (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

According to Ann Ong (PEA 3506) (010-280 2014) of PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd, the foreign owner was cashing out. She said the unit was a solid pick for both investment and own stay, offering good return on investment.

As of mid July 2025, there were two listings for sale at Ramada Suites, with an average asking price of RM464,500.00 or RM1,025.40 psf based on built-ups ranging from 410 to 453  sq ft.
