Landed residential properties in Seksyen 2, Shah Alam span approximately 13.88 acres or 80.95% of the area. The average transacted price in Seksyen 2 declined by 16.7% from RM1.2 million in 2023 to RM1 million in 2024 (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

According to Joseph Chan (REN 07602) (017-618 5772) of Kith & Kin Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyers were attracted to the home’s nine rooms, premium construction and excellent condition—an ideal upgrade from their condominium to accommodate their large family and parents. The sellers sold it to downsize after their children had moved out.
