Landed properties in Bandar Damai Perdana cover about 177.51 acres or 85.53% of the area. The average transaction price here surged by 21.07%, rising from RM826,000 in 2023 to RM1 million in 2024 (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

According to Fred Chai (REN 33575) (016-335 1239) of PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyers secured a well-maintained semidee home that perfectly fit their requirements of a two-storey layout in a quiet, secure, and private environment. Chai added that the seller, who upgraded to a bungalow, sold the property at a very low transacted price.

As of Aug 18, there were 15 sale listings on EdgeProp at Bandar Damai Perdana for semidee homes with an average asking price of RM1,311,000 or RM430.40 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,960 to 6,000 sq ft. For rentals, there was one listing, with an average monthly rent of RM4,500 or RM1.80 psf.
