The average transaction price for Menara Bukit Ceylon was RM505 psf, based on EdgeProp’s data for the past 48 months.
According to Ann Ong (PEA 3506) (010-280 2014) of PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyer felt the unit was a good deal for own stay. The buyer also considered it a worthwhile purchase due to the potential for strong returns on investment. The seller was an expatriate looking to cash out.
As of end-August, there were 17 sale listings on EdgeProp at Menara Bukit Ceylon, with an average asking price of RM834,117.65 or RM542.4 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,410 to 1,570 sq ft. For rentals, there were four listings, with an average monthly rent of RM3,600 or RM2.50 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,400 to 1,500 sq ft.
