The average transacted price on Jalan Panglima Awang, Shah Alam declined to RM950,000 (RM418 psf) in 2024  from 979,000 (RM377 psf) in 2023. Landed residential properties span approximately 47.58 acres, or 93.87% of the area (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

According to Azwan Kamal (REN 74843) (010-841 4014) of Maxxan Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyer felt the unit was a good deal because of its built-up space and attractive price. The seller let the property go because of a job transfer to Melaka.

As of end-September, based on 100 sale listings at Alam Impian, the average asking price was RM1,143,320.40 or RM456 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,540 to 5,200 sq ft. For rentals, there were 37 listings, with an average monthly rent of RM2,747.24 or RM1.2 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,400 to 4,618 sq ft.
