As of end-September, based on 100 sale listings at Alam Impian, the average asking price was RM1,143,320.40 or RM456 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,540 to 5,200 sq ft. For rentals, there were 37 listings, with an average monthly rent of RM2,747.24 or RM1.2 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,400 to 4,618 sq ft.
