According to EdgeProp EPIQ, the average transacted price for landed homes within SS19 Subang Jaya rose from RM722,000 to RM823,000, and up to RM998,000 from 2022 to 2024. On a per-square-foot (psf) basis, prices charted an increase from RM461 to RM520, to RM561 from 2022 to 2024.
