According to Joshua Selvan Yogaselvam (REN 34563) (017-613 3357) of Tech Real Estate (SJ), the buyer was drawn to the unit’s impeccable condition and secured it at a reasonable price. He said the previous owner decided to sell after moving to a new property.

As of the beginning of December, based on 36* sale listings on EdgeProp at Serai Bukit Bandaraya, the average asking price was RM9,801,666.67 or RM1,741.60 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 4,023 to 6,900 sq ft. For rentals, there were two* listings, with an average monthly rate of RM24,000 or RM4.90 psf, based on built-ups from 4,945 to 5,100 sq ft.
