According to Kevin Tan (REN 25714) (012-376 8296) of Avid Estates, the buyer liked the penthouse’s move-in-ready condition and interior design, allowing for a quick relocation ahead of an expected new addition to the family. The previous owner decided to sell the unit after choosing to retire in Langkawi, having initially purchased and designed the penthouse for personal use with significant investment in interior detailing.

According to EdgeProp EPIQ, a property in Agile Mont Kiara was transacted on Dec 5, 2025 for RM2,100,000. Details such as the unit size, price per square foot (psf), tenure, and floor information, were not disclosed.
