According to Alan Lai (REN 08653) (016-785 5250) of GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd, the tenants were attracted to the unit’s main road frontage, noting that it was highly visible and suitable for their business expansion strategy. The deal was considered favourable as the unit was being offered at below market value and there were limited commercial shop options in Cyberjaya.

Based on *29 rental listings, the average monthly rate was RM10,589.66 or RM3.95 psf based on built-ups ranging from 1,679 to 5,961 sq ft.
