According to Sally Lim (REN 55548) (011-7353 7149) of PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyer was drawn to the unit because of its spacious layout, peaceful atmosphere, and lush green surroundings. The previous owner said the unit was an extra property and sold it in order to make other investments. The property had been on the market for about a year before this deal was concluded.
On September 2025, a 1½-storey terrace house with a land size of 2,843.85 sq ft at Taman Puncak Jalil, Seri Kembangan was sold for RM630,000, translating to about RM221.53 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
As beginning-February, based on *eight sale listings on EdgeProp at Marque @ Jalil, the average asking price was RM1,505,115 or RM571.7 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 1,600 to 4,553 sq ft. There were no rental listings.
