According to Wong Mei Fong (REN 32252) (012-202 3711) of Reapfield Properties Sdn Bhd, the buyers chose the unit because of its convenient location, renovated condition, and the view it offered, noting that all these qualities matched their preferences to a tee. Wong said that such a location and view are hard to come by. The previous owner said the decision to sell was driven by a desire to downsize, as his children no longer wished to live in such a large space.

On August 2025, a bungalow in Pantai Hill, Bangsar was transacted at RM11.39 million. The property sits on a land size of 9,372 sq ft, translating to RM1,215.32 psf.

As of beginning-February, based on *seven sale listings for bungalows on EdgeProp at Jalan Ara, Bangsar, the average asking price was RM13,071,428.57 or RM1,086.16 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 6,000 to 12,000 sq ft. There were no rental listings.
