According to Kevin Tan Wei Jian (REN 25714) (012-376 8296) of Avid Estates, the tenant secured the Bangsar home for his small family after weeks of searching for a modern, practical and turnkey property that matched their needs, with the deal closed within a month at an above-market rental rate.
The landlord chose to rent out the originally owner-occupied unit as it no longer suited his expanding family, prioritising a tenant who would appreciate the home’s design and unique features.
A recent transaction at Bangsar Park for a terrace house was recorded in November 2025, with a unit on 2,492.94 sq ft of land sold for RM2.4 million. This translated to RM962.72 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
As of mid-February, based on *21 sale listings of terrace houses on EdgeProp at Bangsar Park, the average asking price was RM2,072,857.14 or RM919.70 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 1,540 to 5,275 sq ft. For rentals, there was *one listing with a monthly rate of RM10,000 or RM3.49 psf, based on land size of 2,867.50 sq ft.
