According to Vince Tan (PEA 2949) (019-238 1068) of Kommons Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyer liked the unit as it evoked a true sense of home. The buyer also considered it a good deal, noting that similar layouts in the market were asking for RM1.98 million. The previous owner had considered renting out the unit before Tan managed to close this sale for him.
