According to Shawn Fernandez (REA 2445) (012-288 1251) of Aegis Property, the buyer who wanted an upgrade was drawn to the unit’s gated-and-guarded setting, good view and well-presented condition, with the deal sealed after six months on the market. The previous owners decided to sell after living in the property for several years and renting it out for a decade, feeling it was the right time to realise their investment.
The latest transaction at Seventy Damansara for a bungalow before this current Done Deal was recorded in November 2023, with a unit on 7,954.60 sq ft of land sold for RM8 million, translating to about RM1,005.71 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
As of mid-February, based on *one sale listing of a bungalow on EdgeProp at Seventy Damansara, the asking price was RM10.5 million or RM1,400 psf based on land size of 7,500 sq ft.
