The previous owner decided to sell the unit as she wanted to relocate to be closer to her family, stated Celina Koh (REN 17715) (012-228 1248) also of Billion Realtors, who conducted this deal with Liem.
A transaction dated Dec 15, 2025 saw a condominium unit at Anjali North Kiara with a built-up of 5,177.48 sq ft sold at RM4.4 million, translating to a price of RM849.83 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
As of early-March, based on *43 sale listings on EdgeProp at Anjali North Kiara, the average asking price was RM1,241,126.49 or RM608.60 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,292 to 3,713 sq ft. Based on *four rental listings, the average asking monthly rate was RM4,000 or RM2.50 psf based on built-ups ranging from 1,316 to 1,856 sq ft.
