According to Kyce Cheong Kah Hoe (REN 16440) (016-636 3561) of EUM Realty Sdn Bhd, the tenant, who works in the oil and gas industry, was drawn to the design of the condominium and its location within walking distance to his office. The landlord was happy the unit was finally rented out after being on the market for a year.

The latest sale that took place at Hampshire Residences in March 2025 was for a condominium unit of 2,002.10 sq ft, which sold for RM1.518 milllion, translating to about RM758.20 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

As of early-March, based on *26 sale listings of Hampshire Residences condominium units on EdgeProp, the average asking price was RM1,126,525.57 or RM969.50 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 753 to 2,790 sq ft.  For rentals, there were *11 listings, with an average monthly rate of RM4,563.64 or RM3.80 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 650 to 2,916 sq ft.
