According to Farahanim Suhadak (REN 32461) (011-1148 1962) of Quality Homes Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyers felt the house suited their lifestyle and could envision raising their family there. They also felt that the price was reasonable, given the extensive and beautiful renovations. The previous owner shared that she was selling the house as her husband had passed away.

A transaction dated June 10, 2024 saw a terrace house (intermediate unit) at Residensi SIGC change hands for RM645,000. The property had a land size of 1,915.99 sq ft, and therefore translated to a price of RM336.64 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

As of early-March, based on *five sale listings of semi-detached homes on EdgeProp at Residensi SIGC, the average asking price was RM1,396,000 or RM271.59 psf based on built-ups ranging from 1,920 to 4,240 sq ft. No rental listings were available.
