According to Chris Lee (E 3135) (010-899 8303) of Prestige Realty, the mainland Chinese buyer liked the unit’s rare layout, with the living hall and all bedrooms having KLCC and Taman Tasik Perdana views, along with a spacious balcony. The previous owner, a foreign investor who had leased out the unit for about eight years, decided to cash out to capitalise on the property’s value.

A transaction at The Sentral Residences for condominiums was recorded in December 2025, with a 3,229.20-sq ft unit sold for RM4.7 million, translating to RM1,455.47 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

As of mid-April, based on *100 sale listings of The Sentral Residences condominiums on EdgeProp, the average asking price was RM2,188,039.97 or RM1,063 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 800 to 1,485 sq ft.  For rentals, there were *21 listings, with an average monthly asking rent of RM6,565.57 or RM4.11 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 826 to 3,000 sq ft.
