According to Charles Phua (REN52478) (010-219 8660) of Zeon Properties International Sdn Bhd, the buyer liked the fact that the unit was associated with the Four Seasons brand and its direct view of the Petronas Twin Towers, describing it as a rare offering. The property was sold after approximately one month on the market. The previous owner sold the unit to purchase another property.
A deal dated Dec 18, 2025 at Four Seasons Place involved a 2,432.66 sq ft serviced apartment transacted at RM7.6 million, translating to a price of RM3,124.15 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
As of mid-April, based on *66 sale listings on EdgeProp at Four Seasons Place, the average asking price was RM9,456,294.95 or RM3,308.9 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,345 to 7,039 sq ft.
