According to Lucas Liew (REN 29489) (011-2626 2156) of Prestige Realty, the buyers liked the home for its exceptional view and unusually large balcony, noting that it is the only unit of its kind in the entire development — widely regarded as the “king of Park Regent”. They highlighted its exclusivity and uniqueness, and stated that such a unit could only be acquired when the owner decided to sell, making it a rare opportunity. The owner sold the unit to upsize to a bungalow.

A transaction on Dec 9, 2025 saw a 2,368.08-sq ft serviced apartment unit at Park Regent, Desa ParkCity sold for RM5.05 million, which translated to a price of RM2,132.53 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ). 

As of mid-April, based on *100 sale listings on EdgeProp at Park Regent, the average asking price was RM4,625,990 or RM2,049.61 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 872 to 4,446 sq ft. Based on *33 rental listings, the average asking monthly rental rate was RM11,472.73 or RM6.97 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 872 to 3,100 sq ft.
