According to negotiator Mawaddah Hasbullah (REN 72755) (013-501 2169) of Skyprop Real Estate Sdn Bhd, the buyer found the apt location and size for an office, and considered the pricing a good deal. The owner chose to sell because of a share split between partners. 

On Oct 6, 2025, an office lot at Taman Sri Gombak changed hands for RM420,000. The property had a built-up size of 2,250 sq ft, which translated to a price of RM186.67 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ). 

As of mid-April, based on *five sale listings on EdgeProp for offices at Taman Sri Gombak, the average asking price was RM323,000 or RM264.84 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 739 to 1,400 sq ft. Based on *10 rental listings, the average asking monthly rental rate was RM2,014 or RM1.23 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,400 to 3,180 sq ft.
