According to Shally Ham (REN 13076) (012-207 1239) of PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyers noted that the unit was spacious and met their requirements, adding that it was on the market for a relatively short period of time. The previous owner stated that he wanted to sell or rent out the unit with plans to downsize.
