According to Wan Noorain (REN 20972) (011-3230 9743) of Reapfield Properties Sdn Bhd, the buyer cited the property’s freehold status and land size as key considerations, noting its suitability for a future retirement home with a garden. The previous owners stated that the decision to sell the land that was inherited from their late father was based on the fact that they were now residing outside of Johor.
