According to Ray Goh (REN 43416) (019-757 8686) of Esprit Estate Agent Sdn Bhd, the buyer wanted the property for business expansion, with the transaction completed within approximately two months. The buyer also liked the location of the factory. The previous owner bought the unit for investment purposes and found the price right for selling.

A transaction dated Oct 14, 2025 saw a semi-detached factory at Eco Business Park V with a built-up of 3,740 sq ft change hands at RM3.3 million. This translated to a price of RM882.35 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

As of beginning-May, based on *100 sale listings on EdgeProp for factories at Eco Business Park V, the average asking price was RM9,956,402.23 or RM634.94 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 2,728 to 55,000 sq ft. Based on *100 rental listings, the average asking monthly rate was RM23,149.28 or RM2.65 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 3,767 to 46,400 sq ft.
