A transaction of a terrace house in Setia Ecohill was recorded in December 2025, with a 1,650.12-sq ft land size unit sold for RM700,000, translating to RM424.21 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

As mid-May, based on *100 sale listings of terrace houses on EdgeProp at Setia Ecohill, the average asking price was RM635,674.00 or RM335.83 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 1,080 to 3,584 sq ft.  For rentals, there were *51 listings, with an average asking monthly rate of RM1,771 or RM0.90 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 1,300 to 2,820 sq ft.
