Sharma added that the property stood out for its attractive pricing, prime location and rare large land size, making it a strong-value purchase compared to other homes in the market.
The previous owner decided to sell the property as he had settled in Australia and was unable to maintain the inherited home over the long term, despite the emotional attachment associated with the house. The property had been on the market for close to seven months before the deal was finalised.
