The property was speedily and smoothly leased within one month of listing. The owner, who was described as a seasoned investor, had acquired the serviced residence as an investment property.

A recent deal at The Colony by Infinitum saw a unit transacted at RM160,200. The property had a built-up size of 786 sq ft, reflecting a price of RM203.82 psf. The property was classified as a residential flat under leasehold tenure (source: EdgeProp EPIQ). 

As of mid-May, based on *27 sale listings of units on EdgeProp at The Colony by Infinitum, the average asking price was RM1,091,889 or RM1,404.45 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 705 to 1,200 sq ft. For rentals, there were *four listings with an average asking monthly rate of RM1,727 or RM7.15 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 203 to 320 sq ft.
