KUALA LUMPUR: Alila Bangalore by Alila Hotels & Resorts sets to open in February 2011 the hotelier said in a press statement on Tuesday, Nov 23. The hotelier also develops high-end hotels and resorts in countries such as China, Laos, Oman, Vietnam and Portugal.

The Alila Bangalore is the latest hotel with a business lifestyle theme and designed by London-based architects Allies and Morrison.

It has 101 Studio Rooms, 12 SOHO suites (the first of its kind in India), seven leisure suites and two Alila Residences for families. Each room has been adorned with artwork from renowned Indian bronze sculptor Dimpy Menon. Her artwork is also seen in the hotel's public areas.

There are three restaurants to cater to guests and locals. The hotel also features a state-of-the-art Events Centre with Lakeview Ballroom, two additional meeting rooms and a library. There is also complimentary Wi-FI throughout the hotel. Moreover, Spa Alila is at hand to pamper guests.
