KUALA LUMPUR: Bina Puri Holdings Bhd (BPHB) has been awarded the contract from Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd to construct and complete the Ampang Line extension project of the light rail transit (LRT) for a contact value of RM634 million. The construction period is to take 27 months.

In addition, the group is also the subcontractor to fabricate and deliver a segmental box grider at a contract value of RM67.7 million for a duration of 19 months.

As a result, the total contact value is RM702.32 million. With the award, BPHB's current book order stands at RM3.12 billion to date.

BPHB operates in construction, property development, polyol manufacturing, and quarry and ready mix concrete.
