LONDON: St George, one of London's leading developers, will launch its latest development Dickens Yard in the country this weekend.

It stated that the mixed-use development is situated in Ealing, West London. It has 698 new apartments and penthouses set around a European-style public piazza with landscaped gardens together looking over 100,000 sq ft of prime retail space, mixed with cafés and restaurants.

There will be three new public piazzas where markets, street theatre and jazz events can be held and where people will meet, chat and relax surrounded by sensitively designed landscaped squares and streets.

St George is the first developer to have been awarded The Queen's Award for Enterprise: Sustainable Development (2002).

altSt George West London managing director Ian Dobie said, "The Belgravia Apartments at Dickens Yard offers investors a fantastic opportunity to realise some very attractive returns. He added that the Ealing town centre is a great, well-connected retail and residential location, and that St George will be creating a cutting edge place of high quality for residents, shoppers and visitors alike.

"The St George brand has been very well received by investors in the Far East, as they fully recognise our reputation for building high quality apartments, with a superior specification, in superb locations. We are delighted to be able to offer this prime West London location exclusively to our customers in Malaysia," he noted.

Dickens Yard is easily accessible by public transportation as it is located near to Ealing Broadway Station, which provides Tube (district and central) and rail services to Central London.
