Martin No 38 conferred President's Design Award 2012

MARTIN No 38, SC Global Developments' freehold development, has been conferred The President's Design Award 2012, Singapore's most prestigious design award.

The 91-unit project is designed by Kerry Hill Architects, and contains a mix of two- to four-bedroom units and penthouses.

The design is inspired by the warehouse lofts of Lower Manhattan in New York.
