Global hospitality group Hilton has opened reservations for Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur. The luxury hotel will open in late 2026, marking the brand’s Malaysian debut.

The tender for the Government Land Sale (GLS) site at River Valley Green (Parcel C) closed on June 18 with four bids, led by a joint venture between Sunway MCL and CSC Land Group.

The average cost of fitting out an office in Singapore rose 4.4% from S$180 (RM627) psf in 2022 to S$188 psf last year, according to a report by international property consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W).

The gala night was the first large-scale event EdgeProp Singapore has organised since the pandemic started.
