AmFirst REIT, a trust which mainly manages office buildings, said on Thursday its fourth quarter net property income fell 7.82% from a year earlier mainly due to higher property expenses.

Chin Hin Group Bhd has acquired an additional 3.39% stake in Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (CHGP) for RM29.26 million, increasing the group’s stake in its listed property and construction arm to 57.13% from 53.74% previously. 

Construction outfit Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has secured a RM33.19 million piling and earthworks job for a proposed service apartment in Pulau Andaman, Penang from a related party.

It disclosed via a bourse filing the names of the companies that awarded the jobs, its recipient units, the tenures of the contracts, as well as the dates on which the deals were secured. 

Eversendai Corp Bhd, which announced last week that it had secured four new projects worth an aggregate RM5.4 billion, said it is unable to provide a value breakdown of the projects due to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
