Pensonic sells land with factory in Penang to paper pulp maker for RM15.8m

In a bourse filing, Pensonic said its wholly-owned Pensia Electronic Sdn Bhd (PESB) has inked a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with HZGP on Monday (May 9) to dispose of the plot, which measures 1.2ha, together with the structures on it, comprising an office block and two two-storey warehouses, a guard house and ancillary buildings.

Seacera in JV with Mlabs unit to develop holiday villas worth RM156m GDV in Terengganu

In a bourse filing, Seacera said it on Friday (March 25) entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with Ikhlas via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Seacera Builders Sdn Bhd (SBSB). Ikhlas was in August last year granted sole, exclusive rights by Ribuan Bakat Sdn Bhd to develop several plots of freehold Malay Reserve Land totalling 30.17 acres that Ribuan Bakat owns.

Solarvest bags RM154m worth of contracts under LSS4

In a bourse filing on Thursday (March 10), Solarvest said one of the projects was awarded by Teja 1 Sdn Bhd, with a capacity of 15MW and valued at RM54.4 million. It will be developed in Kampar and is expected to be commercially operational by Dec 14, 2022.

Ireka joins PN17 list as Bursa rejects its bid for extension of relief period

Ireka first triggered the criteria for PN17 under Bursa's Main Market Listing Requirements in August 2020, after its auditors highlighted a material uncertainty relating to its ability to continue as a going concern regarding its audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 (FY20), and its shareholders’ equity had fallen to RM77.51 million or 42.67% of its RM181.29 million share capital as at end FY20, which was below the required 50% threshold.
