Entomo Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Raveenderen Ramamoothie are to purchase all Hasrat Budi Sdn Bhd’s shares in MYSJ Sdn Bhd — the operator of the MySejahtera application — for RM24 million plus a premium.

The property developer said its Malaysian operations’ profit after tax (PAT) contribution rose 86.7% to RM61.2 million from RM32.8 million, offsetting the share of loss from its international arm, Eco World International’s (EWI).

Dynaciate Group Bhd has proposed to acquire a piece of freehold industrial land measuring 23,550 square metres in Bentong, Pahang from KPower Bhd for RM12 million cash.

The group's revenue jumped to RM6.17 billion from RM4.22 billion, its bourse filing showed. Earnings per share improved to 3.78 sen per share, from 0.21 sen per share.

Earnings per share rose to 2.68 sen from 1.57 sen last year, according to the construction firm’s bourse filing. Revenue grew 37.23% to RM624.66 million from RM455.2 million, on improved contributions from both its construction and precast businesses. No dividend was declared.

The property developer’s quarterly revenue slipped 7.16% to RM223.3 million in 1QFY22 from RM240.53 million a year ago, mainly attributed to lower progress billings across its key projects in the Klang Valley and Southern Region of Malaysia compared with 1QFY21, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday (May 25).

Earnings per share rose to 1.45 sen from 1.33 sen previously, according to the property developer’s bourse filing on Wednesday (May 18).

AME Elite Consortium Bhd said it has secured its shareholders’ approval for the proposed listing of AME Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd, at an extraordinary general meeting held on Wednesday.

In a statement on Friday (April 15), the MBAM said the rise in material prices, induced by the pandemic as well as rise of material and energy costs, has negatively impacted contractors handling both government and private projects.

Earnings per share climbed to 0.12 sen from a net loss per share of 0.05 sen, according to the group's bourse filing on Monday (March 28).
