Some states, particularly Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Kedah, Sabah, Sarawak and Penang, have imposed certain conditions before deciding on allowing businesses to resume operations today.
Sabah, Sarawak and Kedah had earlier announced decisions against following the CMCO which begins tomorrow.
