KUALA LUMPUR: Kedah-based property player Keladi Maju Bhd plans to build high-end properties on the  5.66ha prime land it is buying from Goh Ban Huat Bhd (GBH) in Mukim Batu, Segambut, confirming market talk that it will be making its maiden foray into the high-end residential market in its first venture in the Klang Valley.

KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Chan Ah Chye, who has re-emerged as a substantial shareholder of Talam Transform Bhd since July 24, continues to mop up shares in the property firm.

Yesterday, the founder of Talam Transform bought an additional 56.25 million shares or a 1.33% direct stake via an off-market transaction. However, the transaction price was not known.
