FM Global Logistics Holdings Bhd is buying two pieces of land totalling 5.68 acres in the Setia Alaman Industrial Park, Klang, from property developer Petaling Garden Sdn Bhd for RM37.86 million, cash, or RM153 per sq ft. 

Property developer Magna Prima Bhd is teaming up with Golden Rainbow View Sdn Bhd to jointly develop a mixed development with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1.2 billion, on a 113,963 sq ft site previously occupied by the Lai Meng school here, which fronts the north-western side of Jalan Ampang.

RHB Research said IJM Corp Bhd has secured RM2.9 billion worth of jobs year-to-date for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 (FY2024), compared with its job replenishment assumption of RM4 billion for the period, after its joint venture (JV) company secured a RM176 million job for the automated people mover (APM), or aerotrain, project at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

Builder Gagasan Nadi Cergas Bhd has bagged a contract from Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Employees Provident Fund, to jointly develop affordable houses on a parcel of land in Kwasa Damansara township, Selangor at a cost of RM750 million.

YNH Property Bhd, whose share price had tumbled 72% from a high of RM4.35 on Jan 4, revealed that it had proposed to purchase 5.1 acres of land here back in 2022 for RM150 million, cash, calling its non-disclosure of the deal earlier an "oversight".

Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has frozen the lower limit share price for Rapid Synergy Bhd, Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd (SCIB) and YNH Property Bhd following a sharp fall in the companies’ share prices.
