Businessman Tan Sri Robert Tan Hua Choon has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Paragon Globe Bhd after disposing of half his stake in the Johor-based developer.

Tesla Inc has scrapped plans to set up factories in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia, and the US electric car maker will focus solely on charging stations, Thai online news portal The Nation reported on Wednesday.

Greater Kuala Lumpur’s residential market experienced an upward trend in 2Q2024, recording higher average transacted prices than the pre-pandemic year in 2019.
