Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis REIT) has made a slew of board changes as part of the trust's succession plan.

Vestland Bhd has bagged an RM170 million design and build contract to undertake the main building and associated works for the small office home office (SOHO) and retail units in Subang Jaya.

Property developer YNH Property Bhd’s loss attributable to ordinary equity shareholders narrowed to RM1.27 million for the quarter ended March 31, from RM4.68 million in the previous quarter ended Dec 31, 2022.

Newly listed Radium Development Bhd said the company has sustained land bank and projects amounting to RM3.4 billion in gross development value (GDV) in the next five years.

Previously, CK Asset held a sales and exhibition event for Powerhouse in Hong Kong in October 2022.

Its quarterly revenue grew 37.43% year-on-year to RM396.06 million from RM288.19 million.

Earnings per share came in higher at 5.27 sen versus 0.45 sen a year prior.

Revenue for the quarter also fell 8% to RM742.24 million, from RM810.71 million previously.

Earnings per share also rose to 0.66 sen, from 0.04 sen for 4QFY2022.
