Sime Darby Property Bhd recorded first quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q1FY2025) revenue of RM871.6 million, operating profit of RM189.1 million, and profit before tax (PBT) and profit after tax and minority interest of RM179.6 million and RM118.4 million respectively.

Eastern & Oriental Bhd (KL:E&O) nearly doubled its net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 (4QFY2025), on profits from its joint ventures, a tax gain and lower finance costs.

Property developer UOA Development Bhd (KL:UOADEV) reported a 48.79% increase in net profit for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025 (1QFY2025), supported by the progressive revenue recognition from its ongoing development projects.

Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd (KL:MATRIX) reported a 30% drop in net profit to RM42.7 million for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 (4QFY2025), down from RM60.6 million a year ago.

Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd (KL:KERJAYA) posted a 37% rise in net profit for the first quarter (1Q), supported by higher revenue from improved progress in construction activities.

IGB Bhd (KL:IGBB) reported a 51.94% decline in net profit to RM89.07 million for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025 (1QFY2025), compared to RM185.34 million in the same period last year.

Ekovest Bhd (KL:EKOVEST) reduced its net loss to RM9.75 million for its third quarter from RM11.11 million a year earlier, on reduced deferred tax expense and higher revenue from toll operations and property development.
