According to NAPIC, there were 92,017 residential property transactions in the first half of 2021, averaging RM375,000 per transaction. Total cumulative value of transactions during this period is RM34.51 billion. Only 5% of property transactions are priced above RM1 million. For commercial property, there were 10,433 transactions recorded in the first half of 2021, averaging RM1.05 million.
