About the Awards

EdgeProp Malaysia’s Best Managed Property Award recognises real estate that is managed with excellence. The objective of the Awards is to raise the bar on Malaysian property management practices, benchmarking it against the best in class globally. First of its kind, organised in partnership with Nippon Paint Malaysia, supporting sponsor Panasonic Malaysia and supported by APFM Singapore, Architect Centre, BMAM, ILAM, MIPFM, MRMA, & REHDA the awards received over 30 submissions this year. Entries were open to all stratified and non-stratified buildings, managed in- house or by property managers. There are ten categories – Below and Above 10 years for Residential, Office, Retail, Mixed Development & specialised categories.
