Taman Bukit Baru Permata is situated in the Bukit Baru area, where it is situated just outside of Melaka town. Therefore, making the trip to the town centre only a 15-min drive away.
According to Wesley Tan of IQI Realty, the owner initially purchased the property with the intention of living there with his family. However, he had a change of heart and chose a single-storey house instead as he felt that this house was too big for his needs.
Meanwhile, Tan shared that the current owner had wanted to upgrade from terrace living to a property with extra land.
Adding that the buyer had been surveying the market for over a year before they decided on this particular unit
“They like the unit because it is located in Bukit Baru. It is considered not too far from the town area,” said Tan as he added that the offerings of the development were just what they were looking for.
“Freehold, 24/7 security, and most importantly they like the size of the land (4,271 sq sf as opposed to a normal 3,200 sq sf Semi-D house),” he noted that units that come with this land size are limited in the neighbourhood while gated and guarded community is a rarity in Melaka.
